BWDG Video Application

Dear Dancer / Dance School,

We are excited to invite you and your dancers to the 2025 Best World Dance Group World Finals!

To participate, all dance schools and dancers must first register in the BWDG entry system and officially qualify before entering the BWDG World Finals.

If no live qualifier event is scheduled in your country, we welcome you to submit a video entry to qualify for the 2025 BWDG Grand Finals.

Deadlines:

  1. Video entries must be submitted by March 1, 2025. Please ensure timely submissions to avoid disappointment.
  2. Results will be released shortly after submission and will be accessible through your school’s account. Qualified entries will then be eligible to enter the BWDG World Finals.

Fees:

Upon uploading your videos, entry fees will be automatically calculated on your school’s account statement as follows:

• Solo: €15 per dancer
• Duet/Trio: €6 per dancer
• Group: €3 per dancer
• Registration Fee: €12 per dancer
• Payment: Payment details will appear on your school account statement.
• Finals Entry Fees: These will be announced in due course.
