1. Membership Terms and Conditions: This document outlines the terms and conditions that apply to membership in Best World Dance Group (BWDG). These terms are agreed upon by the person named in the membership application.
2. Changes to Terms and Conditions: BWDG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Membership in BWDG entitles subscribers to specific benefits, which may vary over time. The current list of benefits will always be available on our website and in membership advertisements.
3. Eligibility: All dance schools may apply for their students to join BWDG. Membership does not create any legal obligations for the member towards BWDG, nor does it grant voting rights or liability for any debts or actions of BWDG.
4. Definition of ‘Member’: The term “Member” refers to individuals who gain access to BWDG services and benefits through our subscription and application program.
5. Application Processing: Applications from new members will be processed within two weeks. The current membership fees are listed on our website.
6. Discounts: Discounts are available to both existing and new participants until the finals of the current and next year.
7. Special Discounts: Discounts are also available for countries without a qualifying tournament, provided registration is completed at least 180 days before the start of the finals.
8. Payment and Renewal: BWDG will contact the dance school or member group to provide payment terms, forms, and methods for membership renewal.
9. Non-Transferable Membership: Membership is non-transferable. Membership fees are non-refundable. A member may terminate their membership at any time without giving a reason, but no refund will be provided for the paid period.
10. Retention of Benefits: Membership benefits will remain active for 90 days following the date of membership cancellation.
11. Cancellation by BWDG: BWDG reserves the right to cancel a membership if it becomes impossible to continue providing the benefits and services. Within 90 days of cancellation, an alternative option will be offered.
12. Liability: BWDG shall not be liable for any harm, damage, or loss arising from membership. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. Privacy Policy: BWDG will collect necessary data about members and/or dance school participants during registration and membership renewal. Reasonable measures will be taken to protect this data. Personal data collected will be used solely for managing the membership subscription and will not be requested beyond what is necessary. BWDG will not disclose personal data to third parties without explicit permission from members. Members have the right to access their personal data during their membership period, after which the data will be deleted within 90 days. Any requests should be sent to festival@praha-cz.net.
14. Media Release: The participant authorizes BWDG, or its contractors, to film and photograph them. The participant consents to the use of these videos/photos on BWDG websites, live streams, social media, and promotional materials. The participant also authorizes BWDG to sell these videos, photos, and promotional materials and to share their details with BWDG sponsors.
15. Assumption of Risk: The participant agrees that any dance movements are performed at their own risk and expense. BWDG cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained as a result of these activities.
16. Agreement by Dance Schools/Teachers: Dance schools/teachers accept these terms and conditions on behalf of the participants for whom they apply for membership. They are responsible for obtaining consent from the participant/parent/guardian.

1. Payment Policy: We accept online payments to our account. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with third parties.
2. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. By purchasing from BWDG, you confirm that you have read and understood our no refund policy. Any medical issues or concerns must be covered by the customer’s own medical insurance.

The Best World Dance Group (BWDG) is an amateur international dance competition that showcases youth artistry from around the globe on some of the finest stages in Europe. We attract renowned artists to serve on our jury and to lead master classes. Additionally, our summer academies are designed to be educational experiences.

BWDG values each minor participant as an individual and is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence, whether psychological or physical. We believe in fostering an atmosphere of celebration and happiness.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, we actively prevent violence through the vigilance and actions of our staff, including organizers, judges, coordinators, and any personnel working on behalf of BWDG.
